QUOTE(mountain @ Fri, 15 Oct 2004 9:13 am) bah!! issit.. blue/brown .. basket .. i dun see any hints of blue nor brown .. thans for highlighting.. A hint of black on a shinning silver scale = blue. A hint of black on a shinny golden/bronze scale = brown. Confirmation can be usually be obtained by looking at the underbelly where it's either completely silver or gold/bronze. Or so I read. Grin. But I'm guessing yours is like the matrix say, a blue/brown, because both silver and gold can be found. Either that's really bad or it's a cool demekin! |

Hmm... I also can see a little trace of yellow around its eyes.
I'd say fed the buggar somemore and then drump it in green water to restore some black on its finages. Then cross your fingers and hope it become like The Matrix's piece on the banner ah!! |

But won't look nice if place in a glass tank with pinkish light. |

I like the hint of yellow on its head and especially the eyes! Fade until like dat it's okay! Hmm.. teach me how you keep the eyes balanced in size as the fish grows leh. PS. Water refraction means avoiding taking pic of fish from an angle or the fish's shape will be distorted. Always point straight down for a good pic. |
