My goodness, this is even worse than your GA 069.The worst SV I see in the academy.
My comments are the same as in GA 069 (the first post),and this fish has an even lousier tail (not erect).
Sorry I sound very harsh,as I hope this will encourage you to spend more time studying on what to look for in a SV.
Here is a good start.

Hope that helps.

Check your water. The eyes are popped.

Please refer to the illustration for choosing of a SV ranchu.

Mr CH Leong,
I just glanced through your posts and noticed that you always end it with 'Rgds, CH Leong'.
I hope you understand that you can choose to be anonymous or reveal yourself in GA.If you sign off with your name like you usually do,the administrator will reveal your identity.Otherwise, you will remain anonymous.
I suspect that you are signing off not knowing that signatory will make a difference.
The setup of GA is illustrated here.

If my suspicions are wrong, kindly ignore this post.

Best regards.

CH Leong, sorry old friend. Comparing GA69 and 70, this piece is really out of proportion. The eyes are big, body too short and the rest I really unable to provide further comment.

GA69 gives me that "still okay" look. But this one is .....

Both give me impression of very poor keeping or the fish already in bad shape when u purchase.

Hi All,
Thanks for all your comment and its fine letting other knows who I am. Also the advise to select a nice fish thank, that the spirit of this forum.

Appreciate.

Ok, this fish was rescued by me from LFS and I paid $30 against $35 asked. It condition was bad shape, fins and body rot and showing sign of swim bladder problem. Its fin rot all the way to the base of the tail, lifeless and keep producing slime. But over the weeks after treating, it show sign of recovering. Honestly, I was ready for it to report to heaven. It has been with me for a year and feeding fine.

WHAT??!!!!!The LFS had the cheek to ask for 35 bucks mad.gif and you actually paid 30 bucks for this sick cull? mad.gif
IMO even after you have nursed it to this state it is worth not more than 3 bucks.
Unless you are very rich or too kind hearted to see a sick fish go to heaven, pls spend more time studying what a good fish should look like and spend more wisely.
Matrix is your 'old friend',bring him along when you shop for fishes, but dont forget to buy him lunch. biggrin.gif

i tot CHLeong said he is old mah. I seldom all any one bro unless the one protecting my Axx when I firing live rounds. So friend friend lor.

Actually very kind hearted man we got here. Paying so much for something not worth. Anyway, like many people still saying, as long as you like the fish, it's worth anything.

Your act to "rescue" a sick ranchu may make you look like a noble gentleman but honestly, that act is actually called, stupidity.

I would buy a sick goldfish at LFS if and only if it's an excellent or rare sample.

Look, commercially bred goldfish can spawn in excess of 10,000 fries, each time.

You do the maths lah!

Why you want to pay and rescue 1/10,000????????????????? hysterical.gif

It's a cull somemore. rofl2.gif

You waste, among other things, precious tap water to keep it, you know? yes.gif

So please, stop doing that. salute.gif
