Try to cultivate green water this few weeks, but no green water yet. Put the tub some where got sunlight, but end up got algae growing on side/bottom of the tub only can somebody please explain why...

You still did not mention how many fish. Algae by the sides,is the water clear?.If you have algae and clear water I suspect the system is already cycled with nitrates as end product.Few weeks mean got time to cycle already.Perhaps got BBs from your old airstone.Thats why no green water. (p/s - from your earlier postings advocating green water I am quite surprised at this posting) |

Aiya I also dunno why, last time no problem at all(starting you will see green algae at side, then the next moment green water appear liao, very fast one)Then now got this problem, my mind very stress man.. Think I saw one post regarding about green water setup, must wash the tub till very clean so no BB will be created.. Think I will just have to setup everything again anyway thank you brazzz...really appreciate your advise... |
