i only snip my ranchu less than 5 mm away at the tail, this one really eye opener..... can swim meh? |

Did you by any chance took pics of the before and after operation? It would be nice to compare them a month later. My own experience in snipping was the defective anal fin grew back EXACTLY like it was. It was a waste of my time and unnecessary stress for the poor fish. But what you did was trimmed(?) the tails - the result might be different from my experience where I cut the whole anal fin off. |
