If you keep goldfish that looks good from the top, such as top-view Ranchu, Butterfly Demekin, Celestials, Bubble Eyes, Tosakin, and to some extend, Pearlscale etc, you will probably want to appreciate them in a white enamel basin. The following ranchu in a white enamel basin belongs to bro xerovix.
![]() The white background shows off their colour best as it does not cause colour distortion. A white (or red & white) shinny fish looks pink in a red bowl! Instead of enamel, you could use ceramic or plastic white bowl as well, but only an enamel bowl could give you the correct “look and feel." |
