bros, got a question for u guys using the above...... will either one of the brands reduces no3? was at petmart today, the staff told me Angel bio rings will reduces no3 when the medium has matured, really? then was told bio rings works better than biohome? unsure.gif wanted to get the biohome, 1kg for $45. but not sure if it really does reduces no3 not. unsure.gif pls advice bros.... blush.gif

Thanks guys.... that's what i thought too, at most able to covert no2 to no3, marine tanks uses fine sand of up to 4 inches to do the denirater..... called "DSB" not sure wheater it will work in fresh water tank not? i do have camboda and frogbits..... light was turn 24/7 don seems to reduce no3 wor...... do the plants needs lights off? unsure.gif
