has anyone purchased from Neo Ranchu before? if so what was your experience like? did the fish arrive healthy? thank you.

As I live in Belgium, I never bought any fish from Neo Ranchu. But what I do know is that the owner is Mr. Stephen Carney. Neo Ranchu is the distributor in the US for Thai Ranchu Center. My very good friend, Tad, is the commercial director of Thai Ranchu Center. He told me that Mr. Stephen Carney is a very devoted and honest man. Tad also told me that he has a very good relation with Stephen Carney and that Thai Ranchu Center sends his best Ranchu to Neo Ranchu. So, I think it is safe to buy Ranchu from them.
