While many of bros here were busy over at Aquarama,yours trully happened to haul 2 SVs from the barren LFS to add to my collection Both are about 5 inch
One is a Thai while the other is another Guangchou fish

I have ever wonder why chinese focus so little on ranchu's tail...
their ranchu has have the egg shape, but why not a good tail?

it's alreay 20 yrs of refining the body and head !!! Maybe another couple of years before the tail take better shape. 1 year only breed 1 time, dun expect things to move fast.

Do you notice that the chinese breeders do not grade their fish ? just sell everything at a common price. so if u are lucky, can get very good fish at relatively low price.

Doc got a pretty decent piece.
