Pairing - Aquarama already not using it, but some events might still using. Pairing is the most complex and highest difficulties. very high scoring for matching pair. 2. Feature focus - commonly used. Simple point system like what u got from the website. 3. Relative focus - this one is of high complexity. It's something like statistic. Head feature relative to body, body relative to finnage, finage to head, balance to color, color to uniqueness, uniqueness to balance. The mathematical calculation is extreme complex. And these are used by recognised judges to find the weightage for (2). Point system can be pretty simple but how many points to give is not going to be easy. Eg : how many points to give for long tail varieties vs the short tail varieties. All these are relative to the show standard. Then how many points to give for Sakura vs a full red and relative to a red/white. That's why u see in the website, they got to separate the varieties. what's the criteria for red, red/white, red/black, black/white, black/brown, brown/blue, blue, black. Tough ? http://www.chinagoldfish.com/english/scope.htm What's the criteria for a dragon eyes, what is a good eyes, what is not ? Should a dragon eyes looks like a ryukin or a wen yu ? |
