I got two aquaclear 300 filter on my 30 gallon tank (bare bottom) with 4 goldfish.
How often should I clean the sponges in the fitler media ? I am always worrying that those trapped poos in the sponges would foul my water after deteriorating over time. thx charlie |

mine? I only have two good quality goldfish and I can only take a photo of one of the fishes with a deflated swim bladder (no idea what happed) as the other one is a female and I don't want to risk an accidental release of eggs, anyways here he is 7 inches from head to tail, oya by now

I used to measure butt from mouth to penduncle, so your fish around 4" in size. |

In any case do you think it is a nice strand as a demekin? BTW the fish is in green water, and I don't want to stress it any more with PH jumps by switching the water, I need him for hand breeding |
