I am a lazy person, thinking to make one auto water change system for my new aquarium. Here is the design, hope sifu here give some comment:

very interesting gadgets.

For the anti-chlorine, you can always look for liquid solution. Get another valve and automate it. Depending on your Run Time setting, you could set to the lowest possible time. However, the liquid antichlorine would need to be further dilute to enable the automated process.

do weight the cost of implementation.
