We hope to facilitate better time schedule for our foreign Visitors as the previous timing was hectic for our some of our honorable Judges. Therefore, I wish to apologise to all Participants, Sponsors and Visitors as I understood some were a little disappointed with the delay. However, I hope to seek everyone's kind understanding with our difficulties and hope you can continue to support the show. Nevertheless, please do not hesitate to clarify with me should you have any questions. Yours Sincerely, Desmond Lee
