Dear Friends....
I have adopted 2 baby oranda 2 months ago. They are calico type and sakura type. Calico Oranda. Baby size. 10 cm. Junior size. 13-14 cm after 2 months. Sakura Oranda. Baby size. 10 cm. Junior size. 13-14 cm after 2 months. I grow them in the 2 m x 1 m tube. Feeding regime is 2x Bloodworm/day and 6x Mixed Pellets (Hikari Lionhead-Nozomi Wheatgerm-Lobster Pellets). I need comments for further developments. Anyway, which one has the better potential? Are they eligible enough to go for a show? Thanks. |

Hi All,
I'm sorry for being late to reply your comments. I'd been away out of town. Bro d_golem, Yes that is my (extreme) feeding regime. I am still learning whether my feeding regime is good/bad for the fish development. Bro Glass Goldfish, You're right. Wheat Germ are supposed to help the digestibility of the food. Also to help the scales' color and shiny. On the other hand, WG pellets will help the maturity of the eggs in female fish. Anyway, Which one is better, the Calico or the Sakura? Thanks |
