Finally ... I managed to talk to my wife and convince her that this little hobby of mine will further enhance our family life. I got the approval for a 24 x 12 x 12 - 14(H).
Anyone in Hougang aera can help to seed a new canister for me for a week. I'm thinking of getting eheim ecco 2231. Cheers |

QUOTE(jhansolo @ Thu 25 Mar 2004 11:30 AM) I must say I'm total dumb founded with this low tech solution. The only problem there are some floating particles which disturbs me quite a bit. I think I will turn on the 2213 to polish the water this weekend after changing water. The sponge should still give me this good parameters right? Those floating particles are part and parcel of a goldfish tank. Try putting your sponge filters at corners so that under and behind them are calm areas for large debris to settle down and hidden away from your fishes. With the 2213, you will get even more particles floating around because of the current generated. |
