Hi,
need to ask folks here if anyone knows of any place in Singapore that sells pond liners? I'm thinking of building ranchu ponds from pond liners instead of fiber glass tanks as I would like to have the option to reconfigure the shape and size of the tank. Size would be around 6 feet by 4 feet by 1 feet deep. so looking at a 8' x 10' liner as a minimum. Just like some japanese farmers who use liners. Welcome any comment on the pros and cons if anyone have any experience with them as well. My current idea is to use hollow concrete blocks interlock to form a rectangle on the concrete floor and then just lay the liner in the rectangular structure. One more layer of bricks will be use to hold the liners down on top. current thinking is that the bricks might be heavy enough to hold the structure without motar. Thanks Lum |
