Hi Goldfishlovers.
I want to introduce meself. First of al me English is,t verry good, so i hope you wil reconsider this while reading my post. I Live in The Netherlands (aslo referd as Holland) As you no in Europa the Fancy Goldfish are verry hard to come buy. I have selectet some fish from different stores, and the kwalati is verry different then the most fish from Azia/ the USA. But recently i have found i impotruer in Holland wo had some better gread fisches. I bouht 4 big Oranda (thai/malaisia breed) 1 some what smaller Oranda. Those fish have verry deep boddys, wen could be a bit better, bit the tails are symetric, nice deep forkt, and the have good swimming balans. Its feld like hitting the jackpot because i was lookinf for better fish for years now 1 Little black Ranchu 4 centimeters( i belve its cald malasia black) 1 Orange Ranchu more TV, whit not so great wen, but nice round back. 1white whit licht orange spots Ranchu (not that great exemple) but i realy liketo see how it develops In This Tank also swims a Red/Orange Oranda whit nice black stripes in it tail (reare find for a LFS in Holland) This is more a Chinese type i think, longer fins, les deeper boddy. Aslo the swims a verry nice black/bleu Oranda whit long fins who i have taken over from a outher enthousiastic (also great kwaltati for a Dutch LFS) in this tnak there are 10 fisches, its a 400 liter tank, whit sand bottum and some plants. Also a group of 7 Corry doras Aeneus, and some Apple snails. I have 2 big filters on it who can (whit no filling and free uotlet) generate 1500 liter ech in a our) and a UV-c lamp wo stays on for about 9 ouhrs a day I weekley do 75% waterchanche. In my outher tank(240 liters, weekley minum 60% waterchange or more, 1 filter that can generate 1500 liter a hour) swims a Nice lilltle ryukin (also bouht by the dealer whit the big Oranda) whit great potnetial for fish bouht in Europa. The also swims a tiny red cap (great wen but wil not grow much bigger) i think it was a poor secemin wo hase been to long in the LFS. The outher fish in this tank are A lionhead/ranchu like fish whit verry little wen and long fins. A lionchu whit great buffalo head. A lionchu.Rancu nice collors but poor Wen. And at least a Oranda whit long fins, long boddy nothing special, i bouht it from a lady who had a tank so stokt that the fisches could even turn there buts. Most of the fish i bouht in Holland are better then wat you see mosltely but stil, its nothin compared to the nice fish from Aziä en home breeders. Ps i no i have the tanks quit ful now so i reagely make some extra water changes, because there a some smaller fish wo wil benefit from cleaner water (Wen/head groht) I hope you can read me english and i whil try to purchache a nice Fotocamera so i can show you my fisches, i realy like to now what you poeple think of it, and have more tips. I realy hope to learn more about Fancygoldfish here beacause in me home region its stil a hoby wo wont catch on verry fast. |
