Green Water During Rainy Season, outdoor tank during rainy season Options

hi guys!

i would like to try growing my goldfish outside with green water,
i know there should not be any problems when its sunny,
but what if rainy season comes? and usually, here in manila, if there is a storm, the sun wont come out for 1 week and its all cloudy during that period.
would my green water be affected by the weather? or is it just natural and ok?
