When it comes to chicken eggs, all I've heard is steamed egg york which are good for fries... but this is the 1st time I hear about steam egg white. sad.gif

Yup,thats what he told me when I was looking at the batch of Thai blacks (selling $90 each)in the outside tub.That was more than 6 months ago.
Did not purchase any from him though.
