Is it a must to put a small amount of salt in the tank even all your goldfish is healthy?
If so why and what is the amount.Come across some website say yes and No. |

advise is to use salt only when your fish is sick or when there are parasites in the water. other then that, not necessary or important

So best is no salt if goldfish is not sick,right?

This can happen when you're cycling your tank, for instance. Maybe that's why you hear LFS ah pek recommending adding salt to newbies (with a new setup.) |
