Is This A Good Bulb For Green Water? Options

can someone please tell me if this is a good bulb for green water im on 2 other fish forums and no one has been able to tell me!.

i have read the articles here abotu green water im really wanting to try my hand at it so far i know a good deal about how to cultivate green water no BB,good airation, ect the only thing im having trouble with is the bulb requirments i jsut dont know enough about bulbs!
the green water is going to be for goldfish btw

so it would be greatly appreciated if someone could tell me weather this bulb (in the link) would be a good suitable bulb to use and if not please could you send me a link or atelast a brand and type that would be good again i jsut dont understand the bulb requirments fully
