The answer to your question,my lord,is not easily penned in a few sentences.
Do a search on the internet for bio-filtration,and by the time you understand terms like mechnical filtration, chemical filtration, bio filtration, nitrogen cycle, ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, nitrsomonas, nitrobacter, ceramic rings, activated carbon, zeolites, phosphates etc you should have a pretty good understanding what it is all about and whether good filter will cultivate bad bacteria. By the way,do you feed Ranchu Lord?I wanted to try but do not know where to get the supply from. |
