Recently someone else also have a ranchu that developed the same "bubble-eyes".

And last year I had a $2 Malaysian ranchu that came with such a growth under both eyes. It didn't live long enough for me to observe changes though (its death is not related to the growth.) sad.gif

I'm writing asking why is there a need to break the bubble? Is it causing the fish to be sick? unsure.gif

after bursting the bubble, rub the wound with salt and followed by yellow powder.....
see if it grows back again.....

cover the eyes with moist cloth or thumb then just use a sharp pair of scissors, snip snip. must be careful lah.
