well, this is what i've learnt and experienced... BIG SPACE + GREEN WATER + TUBIFEX..... again, this is just based on my experience... but NO offence on filtered water though... yes.gif

It is so good to see the very nice setup of hobbyists locally in singpore. Actually, from how an owner set up his tank, you can deduce his goldfish keeping skills. From the many pictures I see here, I can see that this forum has a lot of very experienced hobbyists.

Hi to share about my past and present tanks.

Past, Pass down from uncle to father to me. About 4 ft in length but extremely heavy to move and difficult to clean. Due to its age, crack started to appear and now its a giant flower pot.

Past, see the tank which I rest my hand on. I bought 6 of them from a LFS during their renovation. Its all metal frame and can be stacked up. The glass is held in by clay material which start to crack and leak. This one hold the fishes spawned by the parents on the right tank.
