What would be a good height for the water in a 1.5 ft tall tank?

This question has been asked here before. Please do a search.

Most tanks are only abt 1.5 feet high. So any water level is within safe limit. Height in water will determine the pressure a goldfish can take. You should be more concerned with the overstocking factor.
