Thanks guys for your concern. Actually I am not really very sad already. My mood is also partially influence by the recent death of my Oranda baby... *sobz* I get quite emotional sometimes when such things happen. That's why my mom only allows me to keep fishes cos there was once my hamster ran away and I kept crying... Now we only keep birds and goldfish and luohans.

I hope that you all won't blame ranchu_lord. I think he's a really nice guy, it's probably the mating season and that's why he's behaving like that. I hope that he will still continue to post. Actually he said he like me cos i'm different from other girls but he sorta got a bit carried away. But nvm. I don't bear grudges. I am very happy about finding this forum. Cos in my real life, none of my girlfriends seem to understand my passion.

Girls like shopping very much I find it tiring. They like going to toilet together, they feel hurt when you don't accompany them everywhere. Sorry, I'm blabbering. So I'm quite a loner, not that I don't have friends. But I just like to run to places where I like to go, I don't want to bring my girl frends along and she'd be complaining all the way.

That's the problem lor. Not a lot of girls find fish to be a real hobby. Shopping is a real good past-time for them. That's why u got more ladies shops at Orchard than men's wear specialty shops. 9-1 babe ! Maybe 90-1 hahahaha

Find a boy boy that share the same passion or convert 1 ... write an fishy article and create a shockwave ...

Who's Kenny Yap? And I so do not like buaya guys. My personal experience has been quite traumatic. Aiya, I don't really care about guys! Seriously you know. To have a boyfriend is so troublesome. You can't do things your own way. I'm a very up and go type of person. Like if I want to go to this fish shop, I will just run there. Aiya, it's very hard to explain. Stay focus.Be not be deterred from participating in this forum becos of some androgenic driven guys.It’s just becos goldfish keeping belong to two of those hobbies(fish and bird keeping inclusive ) which are generally male- dominated indulgence and your presence is an exception,a rare gem that sparkle,a rose among the thorns!So guys pls treasure this rare acquisition and not frighten her away from further participation.

Just for information. Would you believe it that my wife recently bought a pair of "love birds". She has been mentioning to me over the last few years that she wanted to keep bird. She said bird flue, prices of bird leylong. I thought that she was joking.

Anyway she was the one who bought a fountain pond in my balcony some years ago when the fountain craze was around. Last year it was a tank in the living room for the louhan. "Heng man" the louhan died. Got one extra tank and pond for my ranchu. "Tan teo"

Just for info, she keeps 3 goldfish at her office side table.
