Just bought some and was wondering how much to put into a standard Ranchu Tub?

Not sure of the dimensions...but is the type commonly used..(light blue)..

Increases hardness right?

And if you haven't bought your KH Test Kit yet, I'd recommend the following one. It's the most economical one around.
