How long does it take for a one inch Ranchu to grow into at least a 3 inch one??

Depends on genes,breed,lineage,TV or SV,Thai,Jap,or China,stocking level,water parameters,feeding type and frequency,green water or blue water,the skills of the hobbyist.....the list goes on and on.
