Hi Giorin,

At East Point,you can get some fish food and accassories at the first floor pet session.
Obviously they do not sell much varieties and prices not cheap.

Beside this if you move further down to Bedok North blk 84.
You will find that there are at least 3 aquariums,where you could get more varieties in fishes/food and accessories.
