Maybe it is the posture of the fish but the tail looks a little weak. Colouring of scales looks a little untidy. A little fat though.
Other than those, it looks like a good fish to me. What is the bloodline? |

Short body so my guess would be Sekiya or Kashino. But this fish possesses lesser traits of Kashino... My wild guess. Still a newbie ....
Please tell us the bloodline as I believe not only me interested in knowing. TY!! |

So am I correct that it is Sekiya or Kashino? I guess 2, hoping to get one correct ... typical s'porean hahaha..
I think it is a good idea for the admins to include the bloodline of future TVR, if it is known. So everyone can learn more. How long have you had these fishes with you? |

Yes I agree that for TVRs, bloodline should be known. It will help cut down on unnecessary (non-assessing) posts speculating on what bloodline a TVR is. But it will depend very much on the submitters. Sometimes unfortunately bloodline is not known. Or for some reasons it cannot be told. But we should stop at bloodline. It is not required to ask an owner "where you bought the fish from" and "for how much", which I sometimes find irritating, as it is drifting away from commenting on the fish. desireless |

I had this fish when it was a BBR four months ago. You are certainly no newbie to be able to narrow the bloodline to these two .................C'mon - take a position........Kashino or Sekiya ? I will share the bloodline... |
