hiya thanxs for the comments yes it did originate from china imported but I specially ordered 2 all black ranchu no gold or white in it decided to get a male and female so i should be receiving them @ the LFS in about a wks time

China blacks tends to have some gold.For pure blacks gotta go for Thai fish, but they do not grow as large as the Chinese fish.
