That's interesting Doc. I've had fun the last few minutes checking on the value of some other sites. E-bay is only worth $100 million. Most goldfish forums are only worth about half of RG's value.

But, it appears that the value is based on the sites ability to put advertising in front of the public. RG doesn't sell advertising space - although I would buy space if it did.

So what's with that ranking table. It says that 17.7% of the users are from Singapore and 43% are from US! Now I REALLY want to buy advertising space. [insert smiley thing here]

I just happen to chance upon this site with an interesting breakdown of what's worth of various sites around but I 'm still puzzle about its yardstick of measurement.You may be right about the advertising revenue as a direct measurement of its success.Redtube commands close to USD37 million with a daily advertising revenue in excess of $50,000and it only ranks 64 in the world!

Interestingly,though RG is a S'pore based forum it has an even respectable US viewership here
