This week movie shows a AAA grade small 2inch ranchu(sold to me as one) against a XXX 6inch monster. It is a David or Goliath in the making. An epic not to be missed.Film critics please give your honest opinion.Your votes count as it can raise a Titanic or sink a Posseidon. The static images are a bit blur because of their fast- moving capture but nevertheless breathtaking(ha ha ha)
Together in tandem Special features Small ranchu wears a white cap extending right up to its upper lip.A recent bout of suspected parasitic disease and medication has left it with a classic case of reversible melanogenesis on its body. Large ranchu A pair of narial bouquet of white pom pom offer some contrasting rarity to an otherwise monotonous metallic gold tone. goldrush |

I am glad that Gorbachev has turned out a beauty ; only regret is that tail looked a little small compared to body. But, I like the shape of the tail though.
I hope that it still swims pretty horizontal like when it was filmed.Lets hope it grows further and should be ripe for the next comp in Dec........................... |

Now this is the Goliath and how it has grown
Notice the enlarged nasal bloom(pom pom) which has grown over the months. Incidentally this is one of the fish that got burned by oxygen supersaturation but it is on the road to recovery. See the enlarged pompom |
