This is not a fading black ranchu. There is a type of ranchu I seldom see in Singapore. Those tri-coloured ranchu with black, red and white.
I see black and orange for your fish... Still I believe it is a very very good catch. Colour also symmetrical.

I will grade it as a potential competition fish good_very.gif

How's the tail view like?

Bro Domho7,

Just found out that this type of ranchu is called "APACHE Ranchu".
The better breed are those with black topping and full black couloured fins. The remaining colour of the body is to be in ORANGE. If the remaining colours are in red and white (The "tri-coloured" I mentioned initially), then most probably they are bred from Hong Kong.

So you have gotten yourself a gem. good_very.gif
Try maintaining the dark black colour as it is the hardest part to maintain
