Hi ,
I have some new Red Cap Oranda, Nice fish with large head growth, question is they have some black marks on the cap , and the odd black mark on the body, is this permanant. or is this common, fish are 5"to 6" in size. , all are healthy otherwise. Thanks.......Ben. |

Hi Ranchubabe, Sorry no pics as they just arrived today, Someone has said it could be the the "Cold Water" as they did arrive in very cold water , it was 9 below in the UK last night, hopefully the marks will go soon!! with the rise in temp in the Show Tank......Regards Ben. |

Not permanent; fish is stressed. Will go away when fish is more stable and water in good condition.
