Hi ,
I have some new Red Cap Oranda, Nice fish with large head growth, question is they
have some black marks on the cap , and the odd black mark on the body, is this permanant.
or is this common, fish are 5"to 6" in size. , all are healthy otherwise.

Hi Ranchubabe,
Sorry no pics as they just arrived today, Someone has said it could be the the "Cold Water" as they did
arrive in very cold water , it was 9 below in the UK last night, hopefully the marks will go soon!! with the
rise in temp in the Show Tank......Regards Ben.

Not permanent; fish is stressed. Will go away when fish is more stable and water in good condition.
