My tank has started algae growth after being established (set upfor 6 os.).Itis a brownish color- is this ok/not harmfulto my fish? I was just curious because it is not green in color. Also, is algae growth supposed to be slow? I do regular weekly water changes. It seems to be growing at a faster rate. Should Iclean or keep this?
Thanks! |

Clean that shit up if it builds up on surfaces that are essential to water flow.

I have the same problem with those long hairy brown algae. They attached to whatever plant that I put in as well as in filter outlets air bubble stones etc.
Is there a way to eliminate them without using any algone or any chemicals? Thanks. |
