Dear all.
The Mid-Autumn topview goldfish show holds a special place in the heart of RG and each year at this time;we scramble with whatever we have to host a decent show for the benefit of the topview enthusiasts. This year maybe an exception.I have to admit we maybe in trouble.Every show is necessarily hobbyists’ enterprise and it lies and dies by their participation. When i heard that Osukaa pulled out of our supposedly combined effort,we maybe heading for an embarrassing setback as topview ranchu participation remain our biggest contributor in funding the show. With 2 shows running barely a week apart,i fear our support may have largely evaporated. Our budget will be severely slashed and the organising committee has to make do with less and less with demands for more and more. "There are those who have different points of view about how a show should be run. Many hobbyist are only interested in the science or art of goldfish appreciation; they are satisfied looking vicariously through their untrained eyes ; others feel the need to actually experience it and walk and talk about the finest part f appreciation by sending their proxies to compete. But I believe that our destiny lies in your participation and we must explore beyond to survive. I guess we need to work together, and tolerate each other's motivations.I have actually make a video for the upcoming show but now its relevance may hang by the noose. Here' the video for your appreciation WE MUST HANG TOGETHER OR MOST ASSUREDLY WE SHALL ALL HANG SEPARATELY Your support and participation is crucial. goldrush |

Dear Doc,
Osukaa doesn't if you wish to sound harsh, call it "pull out" just like that, it's in the view for the benefit of the tvr hobbyists. When certain things are brought up to me last week, i knew something was very wrong and since i see that those i've spoken to, no one has clarify with you the intention and things HASN'T been put across correctly. I'll keep the rest to myself for now but i'm disappointed. Doc, i've always seen you as a very neutral party and i hope it'll remain that way. Whatever it is, i'm very certain every true TVR hobbyists will come out and support each and every event This post has been edited by Hugoboss: Mon, 16 Aug 2010 5:01 pm |

You understood it. I'm committed to provide tvr hobbyists an enjoyable, enriching event. Please bear with me at this beginning for whatever reason, RG is also part of osukaa ranchu show and I'll not comment further till after the event, even if one day, it's not sustainable, at least everyone benefited from it and enjoyed their time. I hope everyone appreciates it as it's from the heart and not the chunk of notes I've spent on it. Cheers! 2 words: stick together. This post has been edited by Hugoboss: Tue, 17 Aug 2010 3:21 pm |
